Pexe is designed to help you create, save, review, and share result cards and related content. We aim to keep the app lightweight and privacy-conscious, with a focus on processing only the information needed to provide core app features.
By using Pexe, you understand that some information may be processed to generate, save, and display your results, maintain your history, support app functionality, and improve reliability. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or selling. We also do not use any third-party AI services to process user data; all AI processing is performed exclusively on our own internal servers.
We use information only for legitimate product and service purposes, including creating and rendering result cards, saving your history, enabling sharing and copying, supporting reminders and app functions, responding to support requests, and maintaining security and stability.
We do not use your information for advertising, user profiling, selling, renting, or trading data. We do not use your information for AI training, model optimization, or any unrelated secondary purpose. We also do not use third-party AI services to process your data.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw any consent you have provided where consent is the legal basis for processing.

Pexe does not perform facial recognition, biometric identification, or biometric analysis. We do not create or store face templates, facial embeddings, or similar biometric identifiers.
If any image is uploaded, it is processed only to provide app features requested by you, and any temporary processing data is deleted after processing. We do not use face data to identify you or any other person.
Information you provide: You may provide text entries, answer content, reminders, dates, settings, optional photos, saved result cards, feedback, and support messages. You may also choose to save history items that you create in the app.
Information collected automatically: We may automatically collect device and app information such as device type, operating system version, app version, crash reports, performance data, and basic usage information needed to keep the app functioning properly.
Cookies and similar technologies: If our website, web view, or related online services use cookies or similar technologies, they are used only for essential functions, security, and basic analytics or session management where applicable. We do not use cookies for advertising profiling.
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our app, legal requirements, or operational practices. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and may provide additional notice in the app or through other reasonable means.

Any input used for AI-related features is processed only to deliver the feature you requested, and temporary processing data is deleted after processing is completed. We do not use user data for model training, model fine-tuning, or model optimization.
We also do not use AI processing for advertising, profiling, or any unrelated secondary purpose.
By downloading, accessing, or using Pexe, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Notice and agree to the collection, use, storage, and disclosure practices described here, as permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree with this policy, you should stop using the app.
